Lauki Besan Pakoda

This is a completely new fast food which is not only about being health conscious when you take oil based fast food. Since the main content of this fast food is lauki which is good for blood pressure. So let us see the preparation procedure.

Ingredients
  • Lauki - 1small size
  • Besan - 1 cup
  •  Onion - 1 big size
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 3 spoon
  • Kadi Patta - 2 sticks
  • Coriander leaves - 3 plants
  • Zeera - little
  • Garam Masala - 1 spoon
  • Green Chilli - 1 pc
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Preparation Method

 First cut the lauki to smallest possible pieces. Then mix turmeric powder and half cup water in it and half boil it. Once it is done, then heat the oil and put zeera in it. after that put the cut onion, chilli, kadi patta and fry it for some time. By the time we will mix the besan and lauki in water and make a semi solid paste. Once the onion is half fried, then mix the paste into it, add garam masala to it and mix it well keeping the fry pan on the gas. The gas has to be minimum. As the it will go on frying, the color of the mix ill change to brown. once it is fully brown, then put off the gas and take it out to a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. This can be used in breakfast, teatime snacks. It tastes better in mild heat.

Badhi Chura

One of the chatpata dish which can be ate with cooked rice and water rice. This is so tasty that once you have it tasted, you will need it again and again. This dish is found very common in Odisa (India) in most of the rural areas. This hardly needs more money to make it and hardly any technicality to make it. So once you have the ingredients anyone can make it. So let us know how we can make Badhi Chura.

Ingredients
  • 6 pc badhi
  • Garlic 3 pc
  • Green Chilli 1
  • Mustard Oil 10 ml
  • Coriander Leaves 1 plant
  • Salt as per taste
Method of Preparation

First heat the pan and add few drops of mustard oil to get heat up little. Then put the raw Badhi in the pan and steer it till it changes its color to brown. once the color has changed, put off the gas and take out those badhi and let it cool down. 

Now you need your grinder to grind those. Before that, just put those badhi in the grinder, add the garlic, green chilli, mustard oil, coriander leaves and salt to it. then just grind it till it converts into powder. 

Once it is done. Just put those powder in the bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
